1. How do I track my international order?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. To track your international order, please have your order number and email available.
2. Can I change or cancel my international order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately we're unable to edit your merchandise selections once your order is placed. However, if you need to update the shipping address or cancel your order, please click the button contact us. Please be aware that your order may began processing immediately and it may not be possible to update the shipping address.
3. Can my order be delivered internationally?

Total time is composed of two parts, processing time and actual shipping time. Because delivery timeframes vary from country to country, Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Balance. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.
2. During the checkout process on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Balance. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.
